Kitsilano House

  • Client: Private Residence

  • Year: 2010

A heritage home reinterpreted with edge, clarity, and flow.

Built over a century ago, this Kitsilano residence was reimagined to reflect the personality of its owner — sharp, modern, and unencumbered. The design response emphasized movement, clean lines, and subtle layering to unify interlocking spaces while preserving architectural charm.

Refinements were made to reduce visual clutter and amplify spatial clarity, all while weaving in curated moments that echoed the client’s distinct energy and edge. The result is a home that feels both intentional and effortlessly lived in — a quiet edit of old and new.
